The property consists of 8 fully furnished Safari tents, each serving as a private sanctuary. Every tent is equipped with a queen bed and a futon, ensuring a comfortable stay for your group. The bathroom configurations vary to enhance your relaxation, featuring four shower-only units, two units with soaking tubs, and two units featuring jacuzzi tubs. Each tent is climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning, and includes a convenient kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and a dedicated cooler. For your entertainment and convenience, each unit also provides a TV, WiFi, and a drip/Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods.

Guests have access to two complete campgrounds, each featuring four tents. Each campsite is a self-contained hub of leisure, boasting a private covered pavilion with a dining table, outdoor sofa and chairs, a gas grill, a pizza oven, and a blackstone. For evening relaxation, each site offers a private firepit with 12 Adirondack chairs, a private hot tub, a sauna, and corn hole for group fun. Between the two campgrounds, you will find a giant oversized covered overlook deck featuring two outdoor sectionals and two firepit tables, offering an incredible view of the surrounding pine forest.

Explore the natural beauty of the property via private hiking trails that wind through the wooded landscape. The retreat is ideally situated just a 5-minute drive from lake access and boat ramps. Within 15 minutes, you can reach Land Between the Lakes to enjoy elk and bison viewing, horseback riding, and the Wildlife Nature Center. Other local highlights include the Amish community's bakeries and homemade ice cream, Turkey Bay off-roading, and the Barkley Lodge and Marina.
