The villa is thoughtfully designed with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. For maximum convenience and privacy, the primary suite is located on the main floor and features a king bed and private ensuite. The second floor houses additional sleeping quarters, including another king bedroom, a queen room, and a cozy queen-with-twin setup that is ideal for children or extra guests.

Inside, the skylit living room fills the space with natural light and flows effortlessly into the open dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it a wonderful hub for gathering. You can wind down with movie nights around the massive flat-screen TV positioned above the decorative fireplace. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer in the unit, and all bed linens and bath towels are provided. Step outside to the patio to enjoy casual cookouts using the propane grill.

Location and exploration are key to the Sea Pines experience. Grab one of the four complimentary adult bikes and cruise the scenic paths to the beach, Lawton Stables, or the iconic Harbour Town area. To make your seaside outings even easier, the host provides four backpack beach chairs.
