• Sea Pines Gate Pass: One pass is included per reservation; additional passes are $35 each and must be picked up at the management office.
• Pool Access: The South Beach Marina Pool is seasonal (June-August) and requires a separate pass purchased directly from the pool.
• Note: This villa is located on the 3rd floor of Building 5; exterior steps are required to access all floors. There is currently ongoing construction at South Beach Marina.

To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must complete a secure Guest Portal before check-in to sign the rental agreement, verify identity, and choose between a damage waiver or security deposit.
