Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $500 security deposit is required. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; a $500 fine and eviction apply for the use of cigarettes, vaping, cigars, or pipes. Pets are not permitted, with a $500 fee for any pet remnants found. Additionally, guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. To maintain the peace of the community, loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called). Grilling is not permitted, and trailers, campers, or RVs are not allowed on the property. There is a $50 fee for any lost pool passes.
