The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, while the dining area features an excellent table perfect for home-cooked meals or family game nights.

• Electric and gas grilling permitted; charcoal grilling is strictly prohibited
• Resort Fee: A one-time fee of $33 per person applies for stays between March 4th and April 4th for guests aged 10 to 32
• A refundable damage deposit may be required from March through Easter weekend

Construction Notice: Please be aware that Saida III is scheduled for exterior concrete repairs and painting from September 17, 2026, through early March 2027, which may result in temporary noise or scaffolding near balconies.
