A third bedroom offers twin bunk beds plus one extra twin with its own ensuite bath, while the loft area provides two twin beds and ample floor space for children to play. Each bedroom is enhanced by a private balcony, flooding the rooms with natural light and offering amazing views of the surroundings.

Inside, you will find a beautiful galley kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, fully stocked for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats six, overlooking a bright, cozy step-down living room. Step outside to the beautiful patio, featuring seating for four and a gas grill, where you can enjoy phenomenal sunrises over the peaceful marshes.

Located in the gated Sea Pines community, this villa is perfectly positioned for beach lovers, being just a short walk from the shore. Guests have access to the community dock for fishing in the cove right from the backyard. The villa is conveniently situated next to tennis courts and bike rentals, and just around the corner from The Salty Dog. Explore the area via the complimentary seasonal trolley or the island's award-winning biking trails.

• Note: There is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina, though some shops, including The Salty Dog, remain open.
