Important Notice: The indoor pool house will be closed for floor maintenance from Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 14th, 2026, though it may reopen early if work finishes ahead of schedule.

- When checking out, we ask that the items below be completed help our kind cleaning staff get ready for the next guest:
1. Please load and run all dishes in the dishwasher with the soap provided.
2. Place dirty towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
3. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator.
- The condo is stocked with many items including starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc., however you will likely need to bring some of your own during the stay.
- Use community amenities at your risk: swimming pools, hot tubs, playground. Follow all posted rules.
- Fireplace: Please do not put anything into the fireplace.
- Water and plumbing: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If improper items have been flushed and clog the toilet, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
- Weather: No refunds will be given for weather or storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. At times there are mountain winds that may be heard inside the units. We provide courtesy ear plugs in the kitchen drawers though you will be using them at your own risk for any fire alarm emergencies.
- Damages: Any damage to any items in the cabin (including furniture, TVs, electronics, bedding, etc) is the responsibility of the renter. All items will be looked at before check-in and after check-out. If there is damage, please notify the owner immediately.
