Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across three levels, allowing guests to spend time together or find their own quiet space. The sleeping arrangements include two primary suites each featuring a king size bed—one on the second floor with ample closet space and a beautiful view, and another on the third floor. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third-floor loft bedroom features bunkbeds, creating a fun clubhouse hangout feel that is great for kids.

Inside, the open floor plan is perfect for easy entertaining. The amazing, fully updated kitchen is equipped for families who love to cook at home, while the living room provides new, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. Step outside to enjoy the majestic early morning views from the private patio or relax on the balcony, where you might even spot dolphins.

Located in the peaceful cove of the gated Sea Pines community, this villa is just a short walk to the beach, tennis courts, and the South Beach Marina, home to the famous Salty Dog Cafe. Guests can enjoy natural beaches, championship golf, and award-winning biking trails. A complimentary seasonal trolley service is also available to connect you with Harbour Town and The Shops at Sea Pines Center.

• Pets: Dog friendly (2 dog max). A $200 non-refundable fee applies for the first dog and $100 for each additional dog. Dogs must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture.
• Gate Access: Sea Pines is gated; one pass is included. Additional passes are $35 each and must be picked up at the host2coast office.
• Pool: The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally (June-August). Access is not included; passes must be purchased directly from the pool at least one week in advance.
• Note: There is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina, though some shops like The Salty Dog remain open.

Every guest is required to complete a secure Guest Portal prior to arrival to sign the rental agreement and select a damage waiver or security deposit.
