• Community Access: Sea Pines is a gated community. One gate pass is included per reservation; additional passes are $35 each and must be picked up at the host2coast office.
• Pool: The South Beach Marina Pool is seasonal (June-August). Access is not included; passes must be purchased directly from the pool at least one week in advance.
• Note: There is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina, though some shops remain open.
