Important Community Information:

• Tennis: Includes a package for 1 hour of free tennis per day (proper clay court shoes required).
• Note: There is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina, though some shops remain open.

To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must complete the secure Guest Portal before check-in to sign the rental agreement, verify identity, and select either a Damage Waiver or a Security Deposit.
