The light-filled first floor features a newly renovated kitchen that opens into a spacious living room and dining area, along with a guest bedroom containing twin beds and a full bath. On the second level, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom, as well as another twin bedroom with a full bath.

Guests can also explore award-winning bike and walking trails or utilize the complimentary seasonal trolley service to visit Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

• Smoking is not permitted; children are welcome
• Pets: Dog-friendly (max 2). A $200 non-refundable fee applies to the first dog and $100 for each additional dog. Pets must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture.
• Gate Access: Sea Pines is gated; one pass is included. Additional passes are $35 each and must be picked up at the host2coast office.
• Pool: South Beach Marina Pool is seasonal (June-August). Access is not included; passes must be purchased directly from the pool at least a week in advance.
• Note: Ongoing construction is occurring at South Beach Marina, though some shops remain open.

Every guest is required to complete a secure Guest Portal before arrival to sign the rental agreement, verify identity, and select either a damage waiver or a security deposit. Experience the comfort and convenience of this beautiful home away from home.
