Important Guest Information: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and prior host approval. Pets must be supervised, kept off furniture, and properly cleaned up after. Maximum occupancy is 29 guests, minimum renter age 25. No smoking permitted. Hot tub users must shower beforehand - no soaps, oils, or glass allowed (violations incur $200 cleaning fee). Golf simulator requires adult supervision for children; missing equipment chargers result in $25 charge. No refunds for technical issues with golf simulator. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Five parking spaces available plus additional community center parking. Check-out punctuality required to avoid additional charges.
