The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized: the bedroom contains two single beds and a cabinet with a side table, while the living room can accommodate two additional adults using Japanese-style floor mattresses. To ensure a restful night, all guests are provided with individual single quilts.

The interior is designed for functionality, featuring a large Japanese-style table that is very convenient for dining, working on a laptop, or organizing your shopping finds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, and pots and pans. The bathroom offers a completely separated wet and dry area with constant temperature heating water, a washlet, and a vanity. For added convenience, the laundry space includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Kinshicho is one of the best areas in Tokyo for shopping and eating. Within a 6-minute walk, you'll find the largest DAISO and Akachan stores in Tokyo, YODOBASHI CAMERA, MUJI, and various large bookstores. Five major shopping centers—including PARCO, Marui, and Don Quijote—are just a 2-minute walk from the station. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores every 100 meters.
