A fully-equipped kitchen with a central island serves as the heart of the home, complemented by a separate WC and a practical utility room for storage and laundry. The first floor hosts two master suites with private shower rooms, a bedroom with twin beds, and two dedicated children's bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms, wardrobes, and a mix of bunk and pull-out beds. The second floor offers a spacious bedroom with two double beds, an additional double bedroom, and a shared shower room with WC.

The outdoor experience is equally extraordinary. The spacious wooded garden on the north and south sides features a large swimming pool (unheated, open mid-April to late September) and a covered terrace with a barbecue and large dining table for summer meals. For recreation, guests can enjoy table tennis, a basketball hoop, pool games, and wooden games. Six bicycles (4 adult, 2 youth) are available for exploring the area, and there is ample parking for at least 6 vehicles. The grounds are further enhanced by fig, apple, pear, nectarine, and walnut trees.

Ideally situated for exploration, the home is just 5 minutes from the river beach and canoe/kayak hire. Angoulême town centre is a quick 18-minute drive, while Cognac is reachable in 40 minutes. Further excursions include Saint Emilion (1h35) and Bordeaux airport (1h40).
