The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the main level offers two King suites (including one ADA compatible with a roll-in shower) and a bunk room with two triple bunk beds; the lower level contains three King suites and another bunk room with two triple bunk beds; and the upper level houses three King suites, including a primary suite with a private covered deck, sitting area, and sleeper sofa. Additionally, four bedrooms include a futon, and a Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

Inside, the home is built for together-time without feeling crowded. The heart of the home is a chef-style kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances—including three ovens and two dishwashers—and custom wooden tables. Entertainment is abundant with a private heated indoor pool, a 7-person hot tub on an attached deck, and a large family room equipped with shuffleboard, a pool table, and arcade games. The living room features an electric fireplace and a 70" Smart TV for cozy evenings.
