Designed for large groups and families, this spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout is thoughtfully spread across multiple levels to maximize views and privacy. The first floor boasts an open-concept living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a reverse osmosis water filtration system at the sink. Sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed, and two twin bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Bedroom 3 serves as a primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private balcony.

Outdoor living is a priority here. The ground level includes an outdoor lounge with beautiful furnishings and tanning chairs, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and an invigorating pool and cold plunge spa. Guests also enjoy full, private access to the beach and several screened and open outdoor areas.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated on the car-free North Captiva Island, the property puts nature right at your doorstep. Guests can spend their days beach combing, swimming, or exploring the island's natural beauty. While on-island supplies are limited, the experience is defined by peace, privacy, and a slower pace of life.

• Sea Turtle Protection: From May to October, guests must respect marked nests, close beach-facing blinds at night, and clear all gear and holes from the sand before evening.
