This expansive residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate large groups, featuring 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Based on the structured layout, the home provides 7 beds and can host up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels: the lower level offers three bedrooms including two Kings with attached baths and one King sharing a bathroom; the main level features a King with a daybed and en-suite bath as well as a second King with a bath just outside the door; and the upper level hosts two Kings with daybeds and en-suite baths, along with a sofa sleeper.

One of the most convenient features of the home is the in-home elevator, providing seamless access from the garage to all three levels—a huge help for luggage, groceries, and guests of all ages. The interior is packed with unique experiences, including a dedicated movie theatre room with theatre-style seating and a loaded game room featuring a pool table, claw machine, shuffleboard, and foosball. For those seeking a slower pace, the relaxation station offers a chair massager, neck massager, foot massager, and a heated massage table pad, while the main level includes a no-hassle electric fireplace.

Step outside to enjoy two large decks, a fire pit with a sitting area, and an outdoor putting green. You can soak in the 6-person private hot tub year-round or challenge your group to a game with the three frisbee golf baskets. Guests also have access to a seasonal community pool located just steps away from the property.
