Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to suit all ages: the Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) offers a queen bed, an en-suite, and a walk-in robe with views of the river corridor. Bedroom 2 also features a queen bed and overlooks the river and deck, while Bedroom 3 provides another queen bed on the south side of the home. Bedroom 4 serves as a family retreat with a queen bed and two singles, making it ideal for parents with young children. Finally, Bedroom 5 is a dedicated child or teenager retreat, set up games-room style with two bunk beds and a sofa bed.

The home is equipped with a modern, comfortable fit-out including a large kitchen, dining and living area, a separate games room, and a private courtyard. Guests can enjoy the spacious deck for entertaining regardless of the weather. For those heading to the water, a common lawn area and boat ramp are located on the river bank approximately 100 metres from the house.

Situated on the 'Bend', the property boasts sweeping, panoramic views of Mt Barker, Tailem Bend, and Wellington. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the future SA Motorsport Park and offers easy access to the Coorong, Lower Lakes, and the broader River Murray region.
