The property has a no-pets policy due to HOA restrictions, with $200 cleaning fees and immediate removal for violations. No smoking is permitted ($200 cleaning fee applies). Lake Taneycomo is a cold-water lake ideal for trout fishing; for swimming, nearby Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake is recommended. The property includes exterior security cameras for guest and property protection.
