-Age 25+ to Rent. Booker, the "Responsible Party" must stay here for the ENTIRE STAY or ask Host to waive this rule in writing. -Guests agree to complete Host's Point of Contact Form after booking, eSign rental agreement and schedule a refundable damage deposit (cards re-authorize every 7 days and must remain valid for the entire stay). -No events allowed. -Guests agree to follow the Check-Out Checklist in Host's digital Welcome Guide, before leaving, to avoid extra fees. -Pool Heat Fee for Houses (needed Oct. through May for a warm pool). Fee details in listings. -Pet policy in each listing and must be approved in writing by Host. -Booker must input the correct number of people sleeping here upon booking. If more people are discovered, additional guest fees may apply. -Quiet Hours: 10PM-9AM Daily. No loud talking/music outside during these hours. If police are called, guest agrees to pay the fine multiplied by 2, lose their damage deposit and may need to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. -For longer stays: Guest agrees to have home professionally cleaned by Host's cleaner at least tri-weekly (bi-weekly if bringing an animal). Cost per cleaning: Starts at $185 per cleaning paid directly to cleaner when they finish. -Damage deposit credit card hold released within 14 days of check-out if no damage, no missing personal property, utility caps in rental agreement are not exceeded, no extra HOA fees due to Guest not following rental agreement, and check-out list is followed. -Report damaged or broken items so we can take care of them before the next guest arrives. We appreciate honesty. Thank you.

_Remove sheets +pillow cases of all beds slept in. Place on top of each bed. _Return all furniture (inside and out) to its original place. _Dishwasher: Place dirty dishes, cups, silverware, etc. in here w/a dishwasher pod and start it before leaving. _Clean the grill and grease trap if used. _If leaving on a Monday or Wednesday, place appropriate bins at the end of driveway.
