The home boasts two expansive living areas, with the second space opening directly to a delightful screened-in pool area, perfect for spending leisurely days under the sun.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum 4 cars; no street parking permitted.
• Pets: Allowed with a $100 fee (up to 2 pets); no cats allowed.
• Rules: No smoking ($200 fine), no parties or unauthorized events, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Primary guest must be 21+.
• Pool/Hot Tub: Use is at your own risk. Pool heating and hot tub use require advance request and incur additional daily fees.
• Policies: Early arrivals and late check-outs are subject to fees ($100-$200) and are not guaranteed.
