Designed for comfort and privacy, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with its own private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, and an additional guest toilet is available for added convenience. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, featuring a cosy indoor fireplace that is perfect for those colder winter evenings. For those who enjoy outdoor living, there is a dedicated braai area to enjoy the fresh coastal air. The property includes a private entrance and secure parking for 2 vehicles located inside the yard.

While this home is a sanctuary of its own, guests have access to the entire flat. For larger groups, the neighbouring Blue Bell Flat can be rented simultaneously to accommodate an additional 3 guests. Please be aware that the owner may occasionally occupy the upstairs section, known as the Upper Deck, during your visit.

• Key Access: Keys are located in a lockbox at the office of Etnas Southern Tip; instructions and codes will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• Self-Catering: This is a fully self-catering home. The host provides bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, a braai grid, initial dishwashing liquid, two toilet rolls per toilet, hand soap, and two refuse bags.
• Guest Requirements: Please bring your own beach towels, firewood, firelighters, additional toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and all personal food and beverage provisions.
• Critical Rule: Please use only single-ply toilet paper, as the local septic tank systems in Arniston are prone to blockage with 2-ply paper.
