About Property

Welcome to your Orlando-area retreat in Davenport, a spacious group home built for family fun and memorable getaways. Known as the Grand Getaway by Element Vacation Homes, this estate is located just minutes from Disney World, offering the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation for your next Central Florida adventure.

Designed to accommodate large groups with ease, the home features 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully spread across two floors to ensure everyone has their own space. On the first floor, you will find two king bedrooms, including one with an ensuite bath for added privacy. The upper level continues the theme with additional king and queen rooms, along with themed spaces featuring dual twin beds, dual twin bunks, and queen bunks—giving younger travelers their own corner of the house while keeping the group connected.

Step through the sliding glass doors and let the Florida sun do the rest. The private backyard and patio open directly off the main living area, where a pool and hot tub are ready for a mid-afternoon dip or a late-night soak. Inside, the energy shifts in the upstairs game room, which features a pool table, arcade games, and four TVs. The main living area is anchored by a massive 86" TV, ideal for movie nights when the group finally winds down.

The open-plan kitchen sits at the heart of the home, featuring a large island and a dining table that serves as a natural gathering point for group meals. For those needing to stay productive, the home includes a dedicated workspace with a door, high-speed Wifi, and an Ethernet connection.

Located within the Solterra Resort community, guests enjoy access to a clubhouse, fitness center, and a resort-style pool with a lazy river, all within walking distance. The home is perfectly positioned for quick drives to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, with nearby dining and golf courses adding to the experience.
