Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via smart lock, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property has a strict no-party policy, and the registered guest must be 25 years or older. The HOA allows a maximum of 5 vehicles per property, and all driver names must be provided prior to arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day (pool heat is required to heat the spa). A signed rental agreement and a photocopy of a driver's license and credit card may be required.
