Welcome to Del Boca Villa, a modern and fresh 5-bedroom vacation home nestled in the gated golf community of Providence in Davenport, Florida. This spacious 2-story retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience for your group getaway, with resort amenities and easy access to Orlando's top attractions.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with five well-appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor features one king bedroom with smart TV, while upstairs you'll find four additional bedrooms: a queen bedroom with desk, chair, and en-suite bath; a king bedroom with en-suite bath; another queen bedroom; and a twin bedroom with two separate beds. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans and TVs for individual comfort.

Del Boca Villa provides exceptional entertainment and relaxation spaces throughout:

The Providence community offers a vibrant Florida experience with lush sidewalks, scenic views, and wide-open green spaces perfect for biking, jogging, and walking. Resort amenities include a family-oriented fitness and aquatic center, 18-hole championship golf course with elaborate clubhouse, restaurant and shop, two swimming pools (resort-style and lap pool), lighted tennis courts, and gated entrances with manned security.

Guests enjoy convenient self check-in via keypad, with access information provided 3 days prior to arrival. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that starting May 1st, 2024, there's a daily HOA fee of $10 per adult for pool and gym access (children under 16 free), with a weekly option of $40 per adult and one complimentary use per rental visitor. Tennis courts and children's playground remain free. Pool heating requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days and is recommended October through May.
