1. There is no daily housekeeping service. Towels or linens are not permitted to be taken outside the unit. Also, towels are not to be used for removal of makeup or anything other that drying after showers and hand washing. Cotton pads will be available for makeup removal. There will be a charge for the replacement cost of damaged towels.

2. We do allow a pet with a $20 pet fee for the stay to cover the additional cleaning required when pets are in the unit. Please clean up after your dog outside and dispose of the waste in the trash cans. Additionally, please clean up after your pet if needed inside the unit and report any damage to furniture or linens that may occur -- our cleaning staff will closely monitor the state of the unit.

3. We ask that noise within the units be respectful and kept low after 10pm.

4. Only use appliances for their intended use.

5. People other than those in your party set forth at time of booking may not stay overnight unless permission is otherwise subsequently given. Any other person in the property is your sole responsibility.

6. Smoking and/or incense burning is NOT allowed inside of the apartment, but is allowed outside on the patio provided that all windows and doors kept shut. We have a zero tolerance policy for any illegal substances on the property including marijuana- legal or otherwise. Should odors from smoking or incense, or possession of marijuana need to be remediated from the apartment as a result of your failure to abide by this rule, the full damage deposit will be withheld.

7. No Third Party Bookings and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time . We do monitor and surveillance the property 24/7 if this rule is broken your booking will be terminated.

8. We ask that the individual booking is a guest over 21 years of age. Failure to abide by this rule will have your instant booking, inquiry or request terminated.

9. Early check-in (before 3pm) or late checkout (after 10am) can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. Checkouts after 10am, without prior approval, is an automatic $20 charge .

Canyon Management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, nor will we accept responsibility for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of your guests. We ask that you be especially careful to make sure any water is removed from the concrete floors as quickly as possible since they are sealed and can become very slippery when wet.

By booking/ Inquiring this reservation, you have agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
