The estate is composed of two distinct living spaces to accommodate up to 10 guests. The Main Mas, spanning 160 m², is spacious and full of charm, featuring a large open living area that combines a lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements in the main house include one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a shower, WC, and basin. Upstairs, you will find another en-suite bedroom, as well as two additional bedrooms—one featuring a double bed and another with two single beds. These upstairs rooms are served by a shared shower room, a separate WC, and a cooling unit installed in the hallway. The brick construction of the ground floor ensures the home remains naturally cool during the summer months.

Complementing the main house is an independent guest house of 65 m². This private apartment includes its own living room with a lounge area, an equipped kitchen, a dining space, one double bedroom, a shower room, and a separate WC. For added comfort, a cooling unit is available in the guest house living room. This cottage also enjoys its own small garden, which connects to the main house's larger garden area.
