This level also hosts two bedrooms: one with a king bed and a dedicated bunk room for the kiddos, featuring one set of twin-over-twin bunk beds and one twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. The ground floor provides a versatile private suite with a queen bedroom, ensuite bath, and a small kitchenette. Please note that the ground floor is not internally connected to the second floor and is accessed via external stairs.
