You will be expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate compactor (varies per community) AIR CONDITIONING. Guests agree not to set the temperature lower than 70 F or above 80 F degrees. When the AC is being used, we request that all windows and doors be closed to reduce humidity and save energy. SANITARY SYSTEM. FLUSH ONLY TOILET TISSUE! Please do not flush any Personal Hygiene Products, Baby Wipes, Diapers, Nappies, Kleenex Tissues, Plastics, Paper Wrappers, etc. Anything other than toilet tissue can block the pipes and these blocks can very easily cause toilets to overflow TOWEL USE. We provide beach towels for use at the beach, pool, and outdoors. These are the only towels permitted for outside use.

• All bathroom towels are strictly for indoor use only and should not be taken outside. Using them outdoors can cause excessive wear and tear, leading to damage.
• If we notice any bathroom towels have been used outside and show signs of excessive wear, staining, or damage, a replacement fee may apply.

FURNITURE. If, during your stay, you find it necessary to reposition furniture in the Town home then please do so with extreme care and reinstate everything to its original location before your departure. Any damage resulting from the moving of furniture will be charged to you. If we have to move the furniture back after your departure, we will charge the cost to you as it entails sending staff specifically to the property to undertake this task.
