The third floor houses the master suite with a King bed and ensuite bath, alongside another bedroom featuring a King bed and a full bathroom.

Newly renovated in December 2023, the home is packed with high-energy features and photo-ready moments. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking custom butterfly wing mural and a dedicated karaoke stage complete with disco balls. The entertainment continues in the garage game room, which features a ping pong table and custom neon signs. For outdoor relaxation, the property boasts three patios, including a giant 360-degree view rooftop lounge.
