• No smoking anywhere on the property; violations result in a $500 fee.
• No parties, glitter, confetti, or adhesives on walls.
• Dog-friendly: Up to 4 dogs allowed with a $150 pet fee. Dogs must be housebroken, and owners must pick up waste.
• Note: Each home has three floors of interior space with the rooftop on the 4th floor; guests must be comfortable navigating multiple flights of stairs. There are no connecting doors between the two homes.
