The master bedroom offers a King size bed and a private bathroom featuring double vanity sinks and a stand-up shower, along with a twin sleeper chair. The guest bedroom also features a King bed and a private closet, with a guest bathroom located conveniently across the hallway. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.

Guests are just a short walk from the public beach, where they can relax under iconic palapas and palm trees. The condo is located in the Sandy Beach area, placing you just a short drive from town where you can enjoy a variety of shopping, bars, and fresh seafood restaurants.

Resort Amenities Guests enjoy access to world-class resort facilities, including three sparkling swimming pools (one located right on the edge of the beach), a complimentary 18-hole putting golf course, and an exercise trail. For outdoor fun, the resort offers beach volleyball, as well as gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas. The community is secured with guards on duty 24/7 and provides a large parking lot only steps from the front door.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals are available based on availability: free starting at 2:00 PM, a $40 fee for 1:00 PM arrival, or a $70 fee for 11:00 AM arrival to cover rush cleaning. This property is pet-friendly. All occupants must obey the Casa Blanca HOA rules and regulations, and mandatory wristbands issued at check-in must be worn at all times during the visit.
