A maximum of 8 adults OR a combination of adults and children totalling 8 maximum. Plus upto 2 infants allowed. (Ie upto 10 people including upto 2 infants). Bedlinen, towels, hand wash and shower gel are provided. If a cotbed is required as part of the stay then full bedlinen will be provided. Please ask. No food or drinks other than water to be consumed on upper floors. No stilettos (or shoes with metal to souls/tips) to be worn on wooden floors. All breakages/damage/items removed from property will need to be paid for in full. Please do not put anything other than toilet roll down the toilets as this will block them. Nothing down the sinks please. At the end of your stay please leave all used towels in the shower rooms and if there is room on the towel rail. This is a residential neighbourhood and we therefore politely request quiet time from 11.00pm. Guests are welcome to check in between 3pm - 7pm. Last check in 6.30om. . We politely ask all guests vacate by 10am on the day of check out in order to ensure the house is turned around in time for incoming guests. If the check out time is not complied with we retain the right to charge a further fee for disruption at a rate of £50 per hour. If you require an early check in or late check out this will be subject to availability and an additional fee of £50 (for each) is payable at the time of booking. Parties or events allowed at owner's discretion and approval - full details to be provided by guest prior to booking. if bringing children it is guests' responsibility to supervise them at all times - this includes ensuring children/toddlers/babies do not take food or drinks on to upper floors. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for excessive cleaning or cleaning which is a direct consequence of non compliance with house rules, such as but not limited to taking food/drinks onto upper floors. The host retains the right to remove any guests acting in an inappropriate manner. Abusive behaviour of any type will not be tolerated. Sorry no contractors. This is a no smoking house. Guests are welcome to use the parking permit during their stay however it must be returned to the coffee table at the end of their stay. If the permit is not returned at the end of the stay there will be a charge equivalent to the replacement cost of a new permit, which is currently £420. The guest will be responsible this cost in full. There will be a minimum administration charge of £15 for the retrieval and return of property left in the cottage.
