The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a King bed, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity. The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room equipped with two twin-over-full bunks, its own closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

The heart of the condo is an open floor plan where the inviting living room—complete with a cozy sofa, a comfortable chair, and a TV—provides the ideal setting for family movie nights. Step onto the deck to take in stunning views of the dunes and a distant glimpse of the sparkling water. For dining and preparation, the fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, with an additional two seats at the kitchen bar, making it easy to gather for shared meals.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, a policy that is strictly enforced with ID verification upon arrival. A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking. Guests should be aware that construction is constant in Port Aransas, and while the hosts strive for a peaceful visit, you may encounter local building projects.
