To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles.
• Pets are welcome with a fee of $350 per stay, charged at check-out. To maintain the home, pets are strictly prohibited from beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and spa facilities. Please keep dogs leashed outdoors and clean up all waste.
• Pool heating is available for $250 per day (arrange with Concierge 72 hours prior to arrival). Note that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Parties and amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment; violations may result in immediate eviction.
• This home complies with the Paradise Valley Town Code and HOA agreements. A pre-arrival background check is required for all guests, and violations of town law may result in fines starting at $500.
