The home is designed for expansive hosting, featuring 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. According to our records, the property accommodates up to 16 guests with 9 physical beds. The interior is anchored by an impressive 14-seat "team table," perfect for shared meals, celebratory dinners, or productive team meetings.

While the property offers a sense of historic privacy, it is equipped for high-end recreation. Guests can enjoy a dedicated bar and game room, or head outdoors for friendly matches on the private tennis and pickleball court. For those seeking relaxation, the swim spa is available for use from May 15 through October 15, and the fire pit provides the perfect setting for s'mores under a canopy of stars.

Situated in a prime location, the farm is just a 10-minute walk from the shores of Geneva Lake and the Abbey Resort, allowing guests to easily balance secluded relaxation with local exploration.

• Additional Fees: Early check-in or late check-out are available for $75 each, based on availability
• Restrictions: Bachelor/ette parties are strictly prohibited
• Access: Guests have full access to the property, excluding the silo and the locked basement
