The cabin spans two stories with a welcoming main level and a loft above. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room with a stone gas fireplace and Smart TV, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating for six. Upstairs, the loft offers a foosball table and board games, making it a fun hangout space for the whole group.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in at 2:00 PM available for a $50 fee (subject to availability; must be requested at least 24 hours in advance)
• Late check-out at 11:00 AM available for a $50 fee (subject to availability)
• No pets allowed
• The cabin shares a driveway with Smoky Oaks; 4-wheel drive is recommended, especially in fall, winter, or inclement weather
• Cell service in the area can be spotty — download GPS directions before arrival and enable WiFi-calling on your devices
• The property is two stories and includes stairs at entry points, interior stairways, and elevated decks; no wheelchair ramps or accessibility modifications are available
• Smart TVs are streaming only — please log out of all accounts before checking out
• Baby safety gates, pack 'n play, and high chair are available upon request — contact the guest service team prior to arrival
• Hot tub water may need time to fully heat upon arrival; refunds are not issued for temperature-related delays
• Due to the mountain location, occasional encounters with insects or wildlife are normal and expected
• Power or internet outages caused by high winds or weather are outside management's control and not subject to refunds
• Road conditions, weather, and vehicle limitations are not grounds for refunds or cancellations
• One locked owner's closet is not accessible to guests
• The cabin is decorated for Christmas starting the first week of November (subject to availability)
