The space impresses with friendly, modern furnishings featuring plenty of warm wood accents. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, the bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and linen suitable for allergy sufferers.

The layout is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The ground floor provides a practical entrance and a dedicated ski room for storing skis and boots. The first floor houses the main living areas, including a cozy living room with a seating area and dining table, as well as an open kitchen. Sleeping arrangements consist of three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two additional bedrooms each featuring a double bed and a bunk bed. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with satellite TV. The apartment also features two full bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests can step out onto multiple balconies to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Located in the district of Oberkrimml, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity, including supermarkets, bakeries, pubs, the public swimming pool, and the ski bus stop. Most notably, Krimml is famous for the highest waterfalls in Europe, located directly on the southern outskirts of the village.
