On the second level of this immaculately styled abode, you will find an organically flowing floorplan that includes the primary bedroom with its own full bathroom. This level also houses a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer and a powder room.

Culinary experiences are elevated in the fully equipped, open concept kitchen, which boasts stainless-steel appliances, a 9’ breakfast bar with four barstools, and both Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers. The dining room provides ample space with a table for up to 10 guests. For relaxation, the expansive living room features an ambiance-inducing gas fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead to an impressive 350sqft balcony.
