Sleeping arrangements include a King bed with an en suite bathroom on the main level, another King bed with an en suite bathroom upstairs, and two Queen beds with an en suite bathroom on the lower level. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the game room.

You are just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, less than a 10-minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and roughly 10 to 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. To reach the property's incredible views, guests travel via a winding paved road; an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended during winter months. Please note that exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance for safety. All guests must sign a renter's agreement prior to arrival. For health and safety, hot tubs are sanitized between stays and may take time to reach optimal temperature on the first night.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior; no refund within 7 days of arrival.
