Built in 2022 with modern rustic charm, this spacious 2300sqft hideaway is privately located within a quiet resort community in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offering a perfect blend of total seclusion and convenient access.

Designed for relaxation and family fun, the home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully decorated to create a soothing atmosphere, featuring King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with double sinks. Additional sleeping flexibility is provided in the loft area with a bunk bed, as well as a day bed and trundle bed located in the living area.

Inside, the interior feels cozy and inviting, centered around a lively fireplace and a comfy sofa. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a dedicated theater room with a soundbar, arcade games, and a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking appliances and spacious countertops, perfectly complemented by a dining table that seats six.

Step outside to the elegant, well-built private deck to soak in the sights and sounds of the mountains from the rocking chairs or unwind in the private hot tub. Guests also enjoy access to resort community pools from May 1st to October 1st.

Location is everything, and The Explorer is ideally situated just 1/3 mile from Parkway East with no steep mountain roads. You are only 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, the SkyBridge, Ober Mountain, and Anakeesta, and 8 miles from the magic of Dollywood. Local essentials like Food City and Dollar General are all within a mile.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be 25+ (children with parents are welcome). This is a strict no-pet and no-smoking property. The fireplace is seasonally unavailable from April 1 to October 1. Hot tub use is restricted to guests 15 and older; alcohol and glassware are prohibited in the tub. Because the cabin is in the wilderness, guests may encounter local wildlife and should follow provided bear safety guidelines.
