Designed for comfort and relaxation, the cabin features a thoughtful layout across two levels. The main level hosts a cozy living room with a gas stone fireplace, large A-frame windows, and comfortable seating. This level also includes a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and the first bedroom, which features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The upper level provides a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bathroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can unwind on the private patio with a bubbling hot tub and a charcoal grill, complemented by a bistro dining table perfect for BBQs. Inside, entertainment awaits with an arcade game, board games, and a quiet reading nook.

Smoky Oaks is ideally situated for exploring the region, located just 7 miles from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are only 15 minutes from the charming mountain town of Wear’s Valley, 25 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and 30 minutes from Dollywood.

Important notes: Guests must bring their own charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighters for the grill. Please be aware that mountain roads can be narrow and steep; 4-wheel drive is recommended during inclement weather. Cell service can be spotty, so please download GPS directions prior to arrival.

If property management discovers the pet policy has been violated or a service animal has been left unattended, a fee of $500 plus applicable taxes will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately canceled due to a violation of this policy.

• Smoking inside the rental home is prohibited. All properties are Non-Smoking. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected in the Property, a $500 plus applicable taxes penalty for cleaning services due to unauthorized smoking will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM.

• No events/parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.

• Guests must report any concerns upon arrival or during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address them promptly. No refunds shall be given if we are not provided with notice or a commercially appropriate timeframe and access to resolve any issues including, but not limited to, water, sewer, septic, heating, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, structural systems, fireplaces, air conditioning, pool, hot tub, jetted tub, entertainment equipment, internet access, mattresses, cleaning, or other facilities and major appliances. Upon notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace any affected system or amenity as quickly as possible.

• Guest acknowledges and agrees that the property management team, including but not limited to maintenance personnel, housekeeping, and authorized representatives, may enter the property at any time during the stay if deemed necessary by management. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving maintenance issues, safety concerns, suspected violations of the rental agreement, or to protect and preserve the property. Management will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible, but such notice is not required in urgent or necessary circumstances.
