Upstairs, the primary retreat offers a generous king bed, a fold-out queen sofa bed, and a private ensuite full bathroom. A second elegant bedroom also features a king-size bed, while the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each provide a comfortable queen bed. Two additional full bathrooms are conveniently located on each side of the upstairs walkways. The main floor hosts a comfortable queen bedroom, ideal for those preferring ground-level access. For the kids and the young at heart, the downstairs game room bedroom offers a cozy experience with two sets of bunk beds.

Indoor and outdoor entertainment is at the heart of this home. The main floor boasts a spacious living area centered around a relaxing log-burning fireplace and two welcoming dining areas. • Noise & Parties: No parties allowed. No amplified music outside; indoor music must not be heard outside. No outside noise after 10 PM
• Smoking & Fire: No smoking allowed. No outside fires or firepits
• Housekeeping: Please wash all dishes or leave them running in the dishwasher at checkout; do not move furniture

Note: The City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced, and non-compliance can result in fines from $500 up to $10,000. For families, a pack and play, crib, and high chair are available.
