Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Regarding pets, one pet up to 15 kg (33 lbs) is permitted, though an additional pet fee will apply. Please be aware of the electricity policy: usage up to 40 kWh per day is included. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at $0.27 per kWh, monitored via meter readings at check-in and check-out. This is easily managed by turning off air conditioners when not in use.
