Discover a serene escape at this brand new maisonette, part of the Alectrona Living, Crete complex in Platanias, Greece. Perfectly positioned right at the edge of the hill of Upper Platanias, this retreat offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. While you remain close to the vibrant center of Platanias, you are situated far away from the noise and crowds of the main street, allowing you to truly disconnect.

The property is designed for relaxation and renewal. The view is breathtaking, where the rhythmic sound of the waves and the shifting colors of each sunset work together to recharge your batteries and relax your mind. A standout highlight of the stay is the communal swimming pool, which serves as a perfect spot to unwind while soaking up stunning views of the Aegean Sea. This pool is shared among the five apartments within the complex.

This home can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that for safety reasons, the property is unable to accommodate infants or children under 12, as the layout is not designed for young children and the pool maintains a uniform depth of 1.60 meters.

Regarding accessibility and parking, there is a designated parking spot located just one minute from the house. Because the roads in the upper village are quite narrow, renting a smaller car is highly recommended. Alternatively, convenient free street parking is available 250 meters away at the square of Pano Platanias near the War Shelter Museum.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late check-out until 15:00 is available upon request, depending on availability, for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate
• Pets are not allowed
