Welcome to "Thatta Way Hideaway," where rustic charm meets modern comfort in the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This gorgeous mountain cabin is designed to help you relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones while surrounded by lush trees and crisp mountain air.

Providing over 3,700 square feet of beautifully designed living space, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels:

Main Level: Two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a stand-up shower, Jacuzzi tub, and dual sinks.
Lower Level: One cozy bedroom with a King bed, a Queen bed, and a flat-screen TV with an attached full bathroom. A second inviting bedroom offers two Twin-over-Full bunk beds, a Twin bed, a Full bed, and a flat-screen TV with its own attached full bathroom.
Additional Space: Sleeper sofas are located in the living room and the loft, with a convenient full bathroom available in the loft area.

Indoor living is centered around an expansive open-concept area featuring a stunning stone gas fireplace and plush seating. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a pool table in the loft, an air hockey table on the lower level, and a second gas fireplace in the secondary living room paired with a 70" Smart TV.

Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors

Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well.

Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund.

Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee

WAIVER OF LIABILITY for rentals with the following amenities: Pool/Hot Tub: You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub/pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub/pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub/pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub/pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub/pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant.

FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS POLICY We take guest satisfaction seriously. However, we will report fraudulent claims, staged photos, or attempts to receive discounts or refunds without a valid cause directly to the booking channel. We store documentation for all properties. Any concerns must be reported immediately with documentation upon discovery so we can promptly correct them. We reserve the right to dispute any claim that does not align with property condition reports. Requests for refunds made after checkout, without prior communication, or that are inconsistent with records may be denied, and the profile may be reported.
