Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for maximum comfort: the first spacious bedroom features a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV with an attached full bathroom boasting a stand-up shower and separate soaker tub. The second relaxing bedroom also offers a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third inviting bedroom, located off the living room, includes a Queen bed, a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV.

Inside, you will find an open-concept living room with plush seating and a sleek electric fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen is well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. For a truly unique experience, one of the bathrooms features an electric fireplace mounted above the bathtub, perfect for a peaceful soak.

Located in Sevierville, the retreat is just over five miles from Dollywood. Guests are minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hiking, mountain biking, and the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, including The Island and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note that bears are indigenous to the area; do not leave food or trash outside. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane or charcoal for the grill. Be advised that construction on a neighboring property may cause occasional daytime noise.

Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well. Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee WAIVER OF LIABILITY for rentals with the following amenities: Pool/Hot Tub: You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub/pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub/pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub/pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub/pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub/pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant. FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS POLICY We take guest satisfaction seriously. However, we will report fraudulent claims, staged photos, or attempts to receive discounts or refunds without a valid cause directly to the booking channel. We store documentation for all properties. Any concerns must be reported immediately with documentation upon discovery so we can promptly correct them. We reserve the right to dispute any claim that does not align with property condition reports. Requests for refunds made after checkout, without prior communication, or that are inconsistent with records may be denied, and the profile may be reported.
