Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the home features a spacious layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of 8. The sleeping arrangements include a King-sized bed with a dresser and TV in the first bedroom, and a Queen-sized bed with a dresser and TV in the second. For additional guests, there are two sofa beds located in the upstairs living room and the downstairs game room/living room.

Inside, you will find a fully furnished interior with high ceilings and large open living areas. The home boasts two large fireplaces across two living spaces and a massive game room complete with a pool table, arcade games, and a wet bar area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, blender, Crockpot, and toaster, alongside both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the indoor jacuzzi tub or the large jacuzzi tub located specifically in the primary bedroom.

Step outside to the multiple outdoor decks to enjoy the bubbling outdoor hot tub or the charcoal BBQ grill. Guests also have access to a seasonal community pool for extra summer fun.
