Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age to rent is 25, and a valid ID is required. Pets are allowed with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2 pets), collected after confirmation. A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking. Please note that guests should bring their own K-Cups for the Keurig, charcoal for the shared grills, and laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. Beach towels are not provided. The property includes a starter pack of toiletries; any additional supplies must be provided by the guest. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, though a golf cart rental will occupy one space. All vehicles require a parking pass.
