Need more room? Route 66 can be booked alongside three neighboring cabins to accommodate up to 24 guests — perfect for family reunions, retreats, or large group getaways.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM is available for a $50 fee (subject to availability; must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). Late check-out at 11:00 AM is also available for a $50 fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed. Guests will receive a separate Rental Agreement upon booking. Please note that cell service in the area can be spotty — download GPS directions before arrival and enable WiFi calling. The cabin is serviced by a mountain well; water is safe but may carry a mild sulfur scent. SmartTVs are stream-only and require your own login credentials — please log out before checking out. Guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal for the grill. Refunds are not issued for road conditions, power outages, or weather-related disruptions.

• *Pets are strictly prohibited in or on the premises of our properties. Service animals are always welcome; however, they cannot be left unattended inside the property.

If property management discovers the pet policy has been violated or a service animal has been left unattended, a fee of $500 plus applicable taxes will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately canceled due to a violation of this policy.

• Smoking inside the rental home is prohibited. All properties are Non-Smoking. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected in the Property, a $500 plus applicable taxes penalty for cleaning services due to unauthorized smoking will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM.

• No events/parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.

• Guests must report any concerns upon arrival or during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address them promptly. No refunds shall be given if we are not provided with notice or a commercially appropriate timeframe and access to resolve any issues including, but not limited to, water, sewer, septic, heating, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, structural systems, fireplaces, air conditioning, pool, hot tub, jetted tub, entertainment equipment, internet access, mattresses, cleaning, or other facilities and major appliances. Upon notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace any affected system or amenity as quickly as possible.

• Guest acknowledges and agrees that the property management team, including but not limited to maintenance personnel, housekeeping, and authorized representatives, may enter the property at any time during the stay if deemed necessary by management. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving maintenance issues, safety concerns, suspected violations of the rental agreement, or to protect and preserve the property. Management will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible, but such notice is not required in urgent or necessary circumstances.
